Simco's - Boston

Been going to Simcos forever and have a good relationship with some of the old workers but as of today will never go back. They are over charging I know this because I order the same thing all the time. 1 large ice cream 1 small ice cream and a lime Rickey 27.00.. very disappointed

When I order by phone sometimes the man who answers sounds rude but I found out it is just the way he speaks, no harm done! The food I usually order is: grilled chicken sub and crab meat salad. The food has been 90% good, the price is not too bad. When I pick up the food the line moves pretty fast because of all the windows they have for pick up and ordering. All together a good place to go!

Great food but terrible customer service !!! They will have you outside for 2 hours for a simple Correct order !! Don’t forget to double check your food because they will mess it up but when you catch thrm on a good day you’ll eat hood but the chances of that happening is 1out of 1million

The service is horrible at night. Very Disrespectful Over the Phone and The Prices are Outrageous this place needs to be investigated Price Gouging at its Finest. The Food was Not Accurate at All they rush you off the Phone then serve you with attitude when they have to correct there mistake.
