The service was welcoming and the facilities were very clean. I ordered the grilled chicken plate, the lamb meatballs, a souvlaki sandwich and a mythos to wash it down. This restaurant is a great spot for a casual dining experience. Prices are reasonable. The zucchini fritters are fantastic, as are the potatoes and the impossible meatballs. However, we weren't impressed with the pita; it seemed either undercooked or reheated in the microwave. But that's just a minor issue. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and the ambiance is very appealing and tidy.
My favorite place for lunch! The food is delicious and satisfying. I can’t get enough of their pita bread. The service has always been excellent as well! If you're in the area for a Red Sox game or working nearby, this spot is a must-visit. They also offer cocktails and donuts!
I found the service to be warm and inviting, and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered the grilled chicken plate, lamb meatballs, a souvlaki sandwich, and enjoyed a Mythos beer with my meal. The grilled chicken was served with French fries, a salad, and pita accompanied by tzatziki sauce. The chicken was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and the fries were tasty, although I felt there was a bit too much cucumber, but that's just a matter of personal preference. The reason I deducted a star was that the meatballs didn't impress me; they tasted more like Italian meatballs served with spaghetti rather than authentic Greek keftedes. Additionally, the pita was somewhat heavy and doughy, especially when comparing it to what I've had in Greece. Overall, I would definitely recommend the chicken plate.
Great food, but beware the Greek mustard is REALLY REALLY REALLY hot. I accidentally ordered the Souvlaki sandwich (thinking I saw tatziki listed in it) and I swear that mustard went up my sinus into my brain. Thankfully Kostas ' team (the man and woman working in front) made me another sandwich with just the yogurt sauce as I was starving—thankfully they didn 't want me to have to just 'power through. ' Second sandwhich was AWESOME and I highly recommend the Daiquiri drink. Definitely going back to try other things on the menu!
Nice ambience, tasty food, good ingredients, and reasonable price. The zesty garlic yoghurt was sooooo good! Really refreshing. I recommend menus with this yoghurt. The only drawback is the toilet. The restroom was clean but they didn't have tissue paper next to the toilet bowl when I went there. Aside from that, this place is fantastic!
