Mast' - Boston

This was a big letdown. I was looking forward to it and was let down on all fronts. The hostess could not have been less welcoming and cold. I felt awkward and got the vibe that they were doing me a favor by having me, though the restaurant was dead empty. It was very hard to get any service, and I even contemplated leaving as no one seemed to want to take an order, though only 10 ft away from me having a conversation. The food was horrible. The expensive gnocci seemed like it was recently defrosted and served with a can (not even bottle) of pasta sauce. I was very disappointed.

Got the steak for lunch without potatoes (which would have been three slices of potato over the steak).Ordered it medium rare and it came out kind of well done. Service took a while but I was part of a large party (5-10 people).It was 75 degrees outside, and it felt even warmer in the restaurant. Not sure if they didn't turn on AC or what but most of us got a little uncomfortably warm.

Was not impressed with this place. We waited for about 20 mins before we were waited on, same thing happened to several tables around us! Wait staff did not seem concerned with how we felt about our food or if we wanted refills. Food was average and not worth the price! Wait staff sitting on phones right in front of guests. Could have been a better experience! We are from out of town and were looking for a more authentic Italian experience. They should advertise this place differently so people aren't expecting something that they won't get!

Holy smokes, this is the best authentic pizza I’ve had since moving to the US from Europe. Pizza is a simple food but it tastes amazing if executed well. American pizzas usually screw up the dough but not this one! Tasted just like being at Pizzeria da Michele in Napoli

Stumbled upon this spot late Friday night and was blown away. Authentic Italian food must try their pizza made in oven from Napoli, incredible Espresso Martinis, great Caesar salad, beautiful bar and dining space, friendly staff and manager. Could not recommend this place more. We will back and bringing friends and family.
