This has been our go to neighborhood restaurant. Sadly, I think the quality of the food has really gone down hill. We had the fried chicken sandwich, which used to be really good. Last night it was tough and stringy and we didn't even finish our meals. My server completely overlooked us. We ran out of water and drinks, and when we requested another plate and a set of silverware, we received nothing.
The food was absolutely delicious! However, the service could use some improvement. I was there with five friends, and one of them kept getting overlooked. She would request more water or another glass of wine, but it took 15 to 20 minutes for the server to respond. At one point, the server did notice and apologized for the delay. Despite this, we had a great time overall and would definitely consider coming back.
We typically visit Lower Mills Pub every Friday night to enjoy a meal and catch up with a few friends. The food is consistently excellent, though I usually opt for the wings and a cheeseburger. The service is always top-notch, and we've rarely encountered any issues. If you're looking for a laid-back evening with friends and some tasty food, you can't go wrong at Lower Mills Pub!
