Description
Nestled in the community, this restaurant has garnered a loyal following for its authentic flavors and generous portion sizes. While many patrons rave about dishes like ackee and saltfish, and oxtail with rice and beans, mixed reviews highlight some inconsistencies in service and execution. Occasional slip-ups with orders and underwhelming flavors in certain dishes, such as curried goat, suggest areas for improvement. Despite these challenges, the establishment remains a favorite for those craving Caribbean cuisine, with morning hours perfect for breakfast before work. Overall, it's a spot that promises hearty meals at affordable prices but could benefit from refining its offerings.

Their food is good as my own type of African style. They just need to increase in the portion, or ration sizes of each type of meal they put for you, especially the sauces. Anytime I ask for cury chicken, they put just little scoops of the sauce. Leaving my rice so dried up and umoistured to eat. Regardless, I love their food.??
I just brought a curried goat plate, my and it was horrible!! The goat was flavorless flat and little to no peminto, no thyme just scotch bonnet (I love spice but when there's no other flavors to compliment the pepper spice is useless)the rice and peas was struggling as well. Y'all need some serious work!!! No wonder Jamaicans don't like this chain or recommend it!
The food used here to be good and fresh, I don't know what happened, but I ordered chilli ribs and got home and it was chilli chicken it was cold the yellow rice was mushy and really had no flavor , I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I would get a small amount of curry shrimp on my teller, and I would pay the difference bad business also this is flame

The food is amazing, the beef and chicken melt in your mouth. The patties are spicy with wonderfully flaky crusts. The cabbage is perfectly cooked with a lovely cruch. The service is very efficient. The venue is average, usually pretty hot in the summer. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
