Can be loud if someone wants to enjoy the restaurant, it can be hard to hear. Service seems to be unorganized as we had 4 people asked if we ordered already, yet our food and drinks took awhile...Overall would recommend this place to try out!

I was excited to take my co-worker whose name is Darryl to this place because we celebrated his birthday yesterday he really loves soul food. I raved and raved about Darryl’s to my co-workers upon our 2 hour drive there but yesterday I was highly disappointed and embarrassed. New vibe Update Abandoned for sometime NOT OPEN the Cuisine had fallen off quite a bit after it ran for a while. Owner opened new spot in SEAPORT DISTRICT called “Grace by Nia” haven’t tried it yet parking expensive food maybe too. Oh well!

For first time goers, if you're making a reservation, please state that you want to be seated in the main dining hall or else you'll be placed in back room watching a TV. For some reason the night that I went, the waitress waiter seem very confused and not knowledgeable of what to do. We waited a very long time for our drinks. Before we got to our table water was in our or glasses. Not sure where it came from but it seemed a bit sketchy. We waited a very long time to visit this restaurant and it was a bit disappointing to see the service that we received. Now let's talk about the food, if you have high blood pressure, please do not visit this restaurant. The items on the menu is very high in salt. The whole crew scene disorganized and as I said they lack professionalism. I think they all need to wear uniforms so they could look in unison. The chicken wings were quite tasty and the band did really well for what we were able to hear. It's just a odd place. Seem like someone's basement and everyone is just trying to figure things out as they go along
