I live in New York City, and no other pastrami sub here can compare to the one from Billy. It was incredibly delicious—so juicy, full of flavor, and just perfect. It's frustrating to think that I have to travel all the way to Boston just to enjoy another one of their amazing subs!

Fantastic sub at an unbeatable price! There's nothing quite like the feeling of having the deli staff call you "boss." Haha!

The hot dogs here changed my life 11/10 pure heaven

While staying nearby at Boston Plaza, we stopped in for a late lunch before our flight. We had visited this restaurant around the same time previously. We were seated promptly, and the menus were handed to us right away. We mostly knew what we wanted since we had enjoyed the same dishes during our last visit. My wife ordered the lobster roll with fries, and I chose the garlic shrimp with mushrooms. Both meals arrived promptly and simultaneously. My dish was just as delicious as I remembered, but my wife found her lobster roll to be off; she said it had a fishy taste. We informed our waitress, who quickly took it back to the kitchen. Shortly after, the manager approached us to apologize and kindly removed the charge for the lobster roll from our bill without any hesitation. This was a very classy way to handle the situation. Seafood can sometimes be unpredictable, but it’s not always addressed with such professionalism.
