the food at bean leaf cafe is so delicious! the portions are perfectly sized, they leave you full but not stuffed. the spinach feta omelette went great with some tabasco. my bf enjoyed the breakfast burrito, he said the hot sauce they put on was great. our hostess was attentive and kind. be forewarned that there is very limited seating. the seating options cap out at 2 people. A traditional American breakfast comes with a hearty portion that might be a challenge to complete (I certainly couldn't manage it). It includes delectable crispy bacon, potatoes, and scrambled eggs, making it an ideal option for breakfast. The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed and uncomplicated, offering everything you need. The scones are fantastic as well. The staff is warm and attentive. I highly recommend it!
I can?t believe I haven?t reviewed this place yet! It?s right across the street from my place in Boston and I eat there all the time. Breakfast, lunch, mid-day snack: it?s all great. Their food is fresh, fast, and super tasty. Best for takeout, they DOhave a few tables where you can eat in. Today for lunch I had the most awesome chicken club with a nice piece of grilledchicken, the usual lettuce, tomato, and bacon? plus avocado and a spicy garlic mayo on crusty bread. Oh, and a cup of chickennoodle soup, too. Awesome! Tomorrow morning it?ll be bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. Highly recommended.
