Had a great dinner before the Cs game! We’re 20 mins late cuz of the MBTA so we called ahead and they saved our 6-top for us. Very courteous and the food was quick and 100 View all feedback.
What saran c doesn't like about A&b Kitchen •:
Party of four dining before a Bruins game. Restaurant was cold (it was cold outside) every time someone opened the door a huge cold breeze blew on us. They had nothing in place to help with this. Our order was wrong but we had to eat the food because it was getting cold and the waiter didn't return to check on us for over 10 minutes, despite trying to get his attention. We know the waiter was new so we will give him... View all feedback.
I had never visited this restaurant before, but I made a reservation because it was conveniently located right across from TD Garden and accepted reservations several weeks in advance. To my delight, the food was outstanding, the service was excellent, and the location is perfect for events at the Garden or North Station. I highly recommend this restaurant! Food: 5/5
I came to A&B Kitchen because I saw on “Find me Gluten-Free” that it had gluten free options and that it was safe for celiacs if they stated they were so.I ordered the taco salad which I asked 5 times if all of the salad was gluten free. The server went to the kitchen twice, and then stated that they were sure it was gluten-free. After I took a bite of the supposed “corn” tortilla, I did not feel right. So I asked another time where he then came back and said it was a flour tortilla bowl. I had to immediately make an emergency run to the closest CVS to get gluten-cutter. I am extremely upset with this service, and I do not suggest for any celiac to come to this restaurant. They compensated my meal, but then for an apology brought out a brownie and ice cream, stating it was gluten free. I did not eat it, because I do not trust any of their waiters. To clarify no one checked with the chef about my requests until I had already eaten the glutenous tortilla. 0/5 Stars, 0/5 service, 0/5 satisfactory rate.
I'm excited to share a different kind of review! I'm truly thrilled to have dined at this restaurant, and I was able to take advantage of the wifi from the nearby hotel. The nachos were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. After being without wifi for the past three days at home, I needed a great place to game with my friends, catch up with family on a video call, and wait for my fiancée at the show at TD Garden. I am thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied. Thank you for the delicious food, excellent service, and overall wonderful experience! If Google Reviews allowed it, I would give a million stars! Much appreciated!
The food and service are excellent. The location is fantastic, right across from TD Garden. There are plenty of options available, including shareable plates, handheld items, and full entrees.
The hostess was dry and the ac was not working when you got there. I opened the door that leads to the outside patio because it was near 85 inside. The manager in regular clothes come up behind me and she close the door and LOCKS it. I said who are you and she said the manager and that that’s not allowed. We asked the waiter if we can have the half off wings 8 minutes after it ended as accommodation and the manager told him “them? No”. The waiter was awesome and energetic. But the management is miserable. They refused to open a window after we asked them and refused to move us outside.
