This Sonic must have been short-staffed when we visited, as there was only one person taking care of all the customers. He did an amazing job managing everything. He was attentive and worked hard to take care of us, and we really appreciated his efforts, even though it was tiring for him. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I ordered a supersonic burrito, but what I received was a frozen meal that they didn’t even bother to heat up. The only positive aspect is that they are the fastest in the Shreveport/Bossier area, and now I understand why. View all feedback.
This was the best fast food restaurant in the past and it really went downhill overtime. the last few paintings I went to give it another chance, I had problems. the girl who usually commands is so rude that it is about it? is that? after every article they order or do not let them finish. you feel haste. they take forever with their order and half the time, it is missing objects or it is wrong. then, if they ask to fix it, they act as a huge inconvenience. I really wish the things would change. if I have been connected to corporate/management, they just want to refund their money or give them free food....NOT fix the problem.
This place is truly the worst. No matter, no matter what time it's the slowest. This morning I ordered ahead, which is supposed to cut down on time. I got there checked in after check in took them 16 minutes to get a drink and pretzel to me. I called in the sad excuse was we are short handed, not our issue-they made me late for work, had I not paid for the food on the app I'd have left like at least 3 other people did. I mean shur the app down, I know a lot that do that at least people would l ow to go elsewhere. It's always same thing! Maybe time shut it down if they are this short handed then when I did get it the pretzels was so hard and burned I could not eat it! The drink was watered down! I will contact corporate!
I had to press button 3 times before anyone would even acknowledge me to order. I ordered 2 large strawberry shakes. It took several minutes and when the young blonde girl delivered them the shakes literally were runner then anything I have ever seen. I asked why it took so long and my shakes look like a glass of water and the young girl said sorry and went away. The shakes were $12.89 and we literally couldn't enjoy them at all. A waste of money and they didn't even care.
Love Sonic. This location consistently messes up my drink order, and today the “app was down” at this location. I pulled up and tried to order at the drive in, but they would not honor the coupon I had on the app. The gentleman on the speaker also had difficulty hearing me, or was rude, or both.
I have never been so humiliated at this Sonic. I’ve been going to this Sonic for about 14 years and have never been treated so rudely like tonight and I’ve always tipped good. I pulled in to Sonic about 7:30 this evening. There were no other cars there so I’m thinking I should get in and out fast. All I wanted was a drink and a bag of ice. My order was taken immediately. I waited and waited. A young man came out and ask if I got my order. When I replied no, he said he’d be right back. He never came back, I push the red button again when a young lady came on, she said something so fast I didn’t understand and hung up before I could say something. This was repeated with same results. I pushed down on my horn and nobody came out. I go back home upset with the way I was treated. I called up there and spoke with the manager. He said they were short staffed. They had 4 kids working the front, the manager said he was the only cook. I told him there were no other cars there but me when I pulled in and I didn’t order food. Who was he cooking for. The manager apologized but didn’t seem sincere. They probably don’t care what I say or think. Is good customer service a thing of the past? I’m so disappointed. It was about 30 minutes before I realized I wasn’t getting my order. They let me sit there after taking my order. They could have told up front they weren’t taking orders.
