Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I recently traveled from Germany to the United States and had my first Popeye's chicken sandwich today. I was completely blown away by how juicy and delicious it was. The sandwich was prepared freshly and served quickly, with amazing taste. I can't wait to order it again, whether spicy or regular - both options were excellent. Huge thanks to the kind and friendly man who provided me with this tasty, juicy, and fresh chicken sandwich on my flight in Bossier City.

I absolutely adore the service at this restaurant. Every time I visit, the staff members are extremely polite and efficient in getting my order to me promptly.

This is probably the worst chicken restaurant I have ever been to. The service was terrible, the staff seemed disinterested and careless. I had to repeatedly ask for condiments, utensils, and even the correct order. I ordered a 5-piece chicken meal but received a breast and 4 wings instead. It was not worth the money or the time spent in the parking lot. The employees were entitled, rude, and clearly did not care about their jobs.

I have partially boiled black spelling. will not come back. the red beans and rice were also watery and tasteless and the cookie was burned. I would give negative stars if I could.

Service was very slow over 30 minutes to get my meal. the customer service has deteriorated this year. I hope they can get back to the great location with great service and eating. no one should spend 45 min from beginning to end in a fast food drive thru
