What User doesn't like about Mandarin Express:
The food was not fresh. After I returned my plate and explained that it was cold and not fresh, they denied my complaint and refused to give me a refund. When I asked for the manager's number, they gave me a fake number. The customer service was as awful as the food. View all feedback.

It's has really yummy food with a friendly staff..... Plus it's very clean inside.
