This location has absolutely gone downhill corporate really needs to come in and clean house. Not only every time I come do they not have something required to make what I want. Apparently they haven't had syrup to make frozen coffee for a month now. On top of that, the staff has become increasingly rude, slow and apparently forgetful. Time for new management at this location. View all feedback.
I enjoyed my visit to Dunkin Donuts in Bossier with my son. I enjoyed some great coffee and donuts. My son liked the TV and the pleasant atmosphere.
The owner, Eric makes the experience personable. His team is courteous and professional. Great visit.
This place took the hill seriously. I'll make the trip to the dunkin on youree right now. I live near this dunkin, so it was very practical for me. but every time I go, they're screwing up my drink, they've put too much syrup in themselves and not enough coffee. in any case will not be back.
Ordered from waiter. They didn't have exactly what I wanted BUT one of the workers at Dunkin called and got everything sorted out! I wish I had gotten her name! Her customer service and kindness was EVERYTHING AND MORE!!!!!! Will be returning to this location wether I pick up, eat in, or get it delivered. I hope my Dunkin Girl sees this and knows how awesome she's doing! Thanks again!
I ordered my food through a mobile order at 11:08. I came here at 11:28, they told me id wait for my drinks, it was 14 minutes and I wait for two drinks. I put into a mobile order to avoid this, and above that several people will get their drinks before I'm crazy.
