This was my first visit and it was a complete one. We ordered several starters, a few entrees, and Bignets. Flavored teas because the lemonade was out and plenty of beautiful servers. The food was well seasoned and full of flavor, I especially enjoyed the cajundillas and would 100% recommend it! I did not care for the boudin balls that were served with honey mustard. The service was great! The server was polite and attentive. Sports bar atmosphere is good as always and was clean.Hubby had fried seafood platter. Just a great place to eat! Parking: It's good, a little tight for dinner. Kid-friendliness: Great for family! Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access seating. Very accommodating bunch of folks.
I have to leave a review after the 6th time my order has been messed up. Normally I wouldn't but this place does not care anymore if your order is right. This last time my husband ordered online and I was worried since my order hasn't been right in the last 5 orders but I went along with him. I called the manager after he ordered just to make sure my order was correct as the menu said no extras but of course the manager lied and didn't check into my order. He gets home and my husband's and my order was wrong of course. I use to love walk ons food and it was our go to food but something changed a couple years ago. I definitely will never eat there even if someone says give another chance. Your managers, cooks, and Togo people do not care if you get the wrong order even if you call in advance to ask the manager to make sure it is correct. I give O stars after talking to the manager after my order being incorrect. If you can't make my order correct I'm not paying for it especially when I call to make sure it's all correct. Train your staff correctly and maybe you will not have to deal with very unhappy customers. And this is me being nice about what happened. 6 times I a row had the same order incorrect. Please get better managers then what I had to deal with tonight. It could have only taken her a couple extra minutes to make sure the food was correct. I have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years as kitchen manager and general manager.
Can you all provide drink carriers for takeout customers? That’s my only issue otherwise great restaurants food and service
Our waitress Annie was the best! Great service and the food was great. I ordered the ribeye Poboy, super recommended.
