In a very busy area I would have expected at least basic levels here. When they charged me $220 a night, I figured a king suite would be great. Unfortunately the room is not great at all. I have stayed in better Days Inns. There is mold in the shower caulk. Broken drawers in the desk. Blown speaker on the TV so I have to watch with subtitles. Bent shower rods on the glass. Filthy bathrooms. Expensive rates. Staff is friendly, hotel cheaps out on amenities, only 1 regular coffee for a king suite room. Don't stay here.
Haven't stayed there yet, but the lady I made the reservation with was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. If I wasn't obligated to stay at that hotel with other friends I would NEVER stay there.
Oct 2023, my first stay here. Overall a good hotel, clean, convenient, good service. Downgraded for water pressure. Do not stay on the fourth floor, there is no in-house boost to the water pressure so it is just city pressure, to the top floor. Not enough water to take a shower or wash your hair. Fill a cup and rinse your head. The second thing is having to put down a damage deposit in case you break something. I cannot recall ever having to do this at a hotel before. Kind of insulting.
This hotel needs a remodel. I would not stay here again.
We spent just one night here on our cross country road-trip. The location is perfect, right off the highway with lots of retail and food options around. The room was clean, a little dated but in good shape. The AC worked beautifully, in fact it was almost too cold if that is even possible! We had a room on the corner on the highway but on the top floor, and we didn’t hear anything. If I had a complaint, it would be the water pressure, it could be a little stronger in the shower. I would definitely stay again.
