Was there for a Easter brunch. Really liked the concept and food presentation. Service was terrible though, they tried to be on their best behavior but weren't attentive or welcoming. Kinda messed with the vibe
The food is decent and the location is beautiful, which is why we used to love this restaurant. Unfortunately, the service has declined significantly. During our recent visit, the staff were inattentive, and the manager was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. It’s disappointing to see such a change in a place we once enjoyed so much.

Last time was 2 years ago. Ate twice in a row. Both were a disappointment at the time. At such a beautiful location you expect vibrant hospitality, a warm welcome, an intimate atmosphere and of course a delicious snack. Now a renewed attempt with the new owner. The reception was careless. Unfortunately also apathetic service. The moderate portions were tasty. So the kitchen crew is fine. Getting through the corridors, on the other hand, took far too long. It took 2 hours to serve the starter, which included two cold soups (no, it wasn't gazpacho). The excuse, a sandwich to break, was mumbled on the table. It took and lasted until the main course, which included 2 small bowls of fries for 7 people. “Three bowls for 9 people, now two” and the waiter was gone. Fair's fair. The dishes were tasty but both the timing and the attitude of the waiters were far below par. Discussing it doesn't help. What the customer thinks is not true. Update following response from owner. Dear entrepreneur. I wish you many good things. At the same time, such an extensive excuse is not an excuse for me, but you are once again trying to justify your behavior. We are not the worst, just be reasonable and open to customer responses. The credo that the customer is king is also appropriate here, but it is not your top priority.
