Incredibly inexpensive and delicious food, beer, wine, and coffee. The service is fast and efficient. The hotel's glory days are likely in the past, with many things appearing to be somewhat broken or only partially repaired. However, this is exactly what you would expect from a place in the Balkans.
The food was very good. The only downside was the wait time for the food, which was a little too long. However, the restaurant was not crowded.

Do not order the risotto, it cannot even be called a risotto. Who puts lettuce in a risotto?
Deplorable sanitation. Slush on the tables and zillions of flies.
