The Long Bar Restaurant - BOSCASTLE

I had an excellent dinner experience here on Saturday night. The food and service were outstanding. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our meal. Although the menu was somewhat limited, the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious. We started with a sharing platter featuring four different appetizers, and we had a hard time choosing our favorite! For the main course, we enjoyed a salmon fillet served between two crispy fishcakes on a bed of salad greens. To top off the evening, we indulged in a brownie accompanied by homemade popcorn ice cream and a baked cheesecake. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!

We enjoyed some fantastic coffee, which led us to stay for lunch. The mussels were absolutely exquisite, with the perfect combination of garlic and fresh baked bread! We were truly impressed. The staff was friendly, making it a wonderful experience overall. Thank you!

It's difficult to fully evaluate a place based solely on a sandwich and a pint, but we really enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the elevated beer garden and outdoor seating area. Observing the dishes of other diners, the meals appeared well-presented and of excellent quality.

We visited last night and had an excellent evening here. the greeting was friendly and efficient. we started with a few pints of sharpe’s sea fury bitter, highly recommended. then had to start makrele brucetta, followed by kabeljau for my partner and sirloin steak for me, all very delicious. service was efficient and friendly. we drank hausmerlot at £21.00 a bottle that was very modest. highly recommended.

Great traditional pub. Excellent service. Everyone is friendly and smiling. Food absolutely fantastic. Great selection of beers. It is 'must go to ' place in Boscastle.
