The food ranged from ok (pasta with red sauce) to very tasty (vitello [veal] alla sorrentino) and reminded this review of the meals in the local Trattorie in Parma, Italy. It is still an airport restaurant, although more upscale. Do not expect quiet, intimate cabins. Service for a big party of us was excellent. Better than La Casa del Zorro. View all feedback.
Bill. I have often been in this facility, often with short-term groups of 10 to 25 and more. The service and food were always very good in view of the short term and location. Good stop!
This is the only Italian restaurant in Borrego Springs and it is operated by a Chinese woman. However, food is good and cheap. It's alone. The hotel is located at the general airport Borrego Springs, it is not much to see from the outside, but beautiful inside with airport views from the two from the bar area. If you are looking for a break from Casa del Zorro, this is the place!

Funky place at the airport. Italian (only Italian in the city. Good Chicken Caesar Salad. Homemade noodles.
Food was excellent. Service was a little slow, but very friendly when it came. Seafood platter and tiramisu were delicious.
