Valentina is the best service I’ve ever had since I’ve been coming to Nandos and just because of her I will come back again

45 minute wait after ordering food on a Thursday lunch time is a joke. When confronting the manager he goes na you 've been waiting 30mins yet my online receipt time says otherwise. No apology either! Bad Bad Service. stay away from this place

The staff were so friendly and kind to us. Made our meal very nice and everything was done very quickly to perfection. I don’t ofter leave a tip unless the service is amazing but unfortunately as I pre-paid and didn’t have any cash on me, I wasn’t able to tip so next time I visit I will be sure to bring plenty of cash. The interior of this Nandos is one of the best i’ve been to and the vibes were perfect.

I was greeted at the door by Jack, who was very welcoming. The service at the register was quick and efficient. The food arrived well-presented and at the correct temperature, and it all tasted delicious. Jack cleared our table quickly and efficiently. This Nando's is excellent, and Jack should be commended for his contributions to making this venue run so smoothly. Thank you, Jack.

I visited Nando's in Camberwell on August 5th. We all ordered our meals separately on the app. One meal was ready in 10 minutes, but the others were left sitting on the pass for another 10 minutes while the staff stood next to the pass chatting. My friend had almost finished eating by the time we received our meals. Despite there only being us and one other table, our meals and sides were ready and waiting on the plates at the pass. There was no apology or explanation given. The person who finally brought our meals over was wearing a different uniform, so I assume he was a manager, but he didn't offer any explanation either. I was disappointed with the service and I do not plan on returning to Nando's in Camberwell.
