7 of us for a friends birthday dinner and we all loved it. Had a selections of entrees and mains and we all enjoyed every dish. Very tasty and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.It's BYO wine as well (hard to find this detail on their site)

Visited this restaurant for the first time based on other reviews. I loved it. The ambience was great. The service was fantastic, just the right amount of interaction - not too much, but there when needed. Our waiter was very knowledgable, helpful and personable. He even offered to give us a serve of rice when we asked for a doggy bag, so we didn't have to cook the next night!!The food was great. The squid we had as an entree was maybe the most tender I have ever had, and very tasty as well.Had the Lychee fish from the specials menu for the main (whole deboned barramundi with lychee sauce). It was amazing - moist, tender fish and lychees, a match made in heaven. The pineapple duck curry, I was not wowed by, could hardly get any pineapple at all. The servings were ginormous, hence the doggie bag mentioned earlier. We are not huge eaters, so one main after 2 shared entrees would have been ample for us.Tried the purple rice pudding for dessert, just because I had never tried anything like it before (after asking what on earth purple rice was :0) ). It was very different, crunchy rice, not very sweet at all - shame I was full already. But hey I can never resist trying something new.Will definitely return.

Looking for somewhere new to go for gathering up to 14 this is the place. Clean, attentive service, great quality food and value for money! What more can you want. Also handy BYO Wine only and $2.50 corkage good value by many comparable Resteraunt's.

Even though we no longer live in the area we are always happy to come back to this gem. Delicious food and friendly excellent service all at reasonable prices and you can bring your own wine. Love the soft shell crab and the roti just delectable. Have never had a dish we didn't love. Look forward to next time.

We have visited several times(including with friends) and the food has always impressed. Reasonable prices, extensive menu and BYO as an added bonus. It was a hidden gem in Camberwell for a while but word has now spread. It deserves all its good reviews.
