Anne's Pantry - Boroondara

I haven't been here in years, they are still serving quality pies and sweets. The staff are very friendly and there are dine in seats both in and outside. I will be making more visits

This place is a treat for locals with all the traditional favourites (excellent sausage rolls and pies) plus delicious Vietnamese rolls made to order with crunchy pork or chicken. The cakes are hard to go by, especially the Neenish tarts and apple buns. Things are really well priced so it's good to pick up some sausage rolls or pies for the freezer. They do a roaring trade at lunch time and justifiably so.

Very friendly staff that make me feel welcome each time. Great food. Great fresh rice paper rolls. Fantastic place

Anne's Pantry has an outlet in Surrey Hills and another in Balwyn. I reckon they probably do the best Banh Mi around Camberwell, Surrey Hills and Balwyn area. Good value too!

We had a great lunch today of chicken pie, spinach roll, and sausage roll. It's just as we hoped it would be. We are visiting Australia and, having lived in Melbourne for a year 60 years ago, I've had cravings for a great meat pie. And, this chicken pie was outstanding! The filling we perfect, and the pastry used for the pie was delicate and tasty.
