Could eat there dumplings all day Young guys behind the counter were very friendly Looking forward to going back

Dumplings were "good" but other food we had from there has been average to poor at best. Would not go out of my way to go back. Staff were happy and friendly.

How lucky were we when a family member was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease to discover one of Melbourne's few truly reliable producers of gluten free dumplings was just around the corner? How even luckier to discover that not just the GF option but ALL the food at 8D is simply delicious. Created with such care and attention, and such delicate but superb flavours. No more goopy dumplings, 8D's are like little bits of heaven. Happy to pay slightly more for such delicacies! Anyone who needs a true GF meal can rely on 8D, and for anyone else - rush in! An instant favourite.

My daughter had never tried dumplings as she is a coeliac so finally after 17 years she finally got to try them and she loved them. The owner is delightful, super friendly and provides wonderful service. We thoroughly enjoyed our dumplings and highly recommend this place especially for those on a gluten free diet. Wish it was closer to our house though!

Don't blink or you might miss it - this small restaurant on the Toorak strip is definitely worth a visit (or two). The menu offers a variety of pan-Asian dishes such as noodles, dumplings, and rice paper rolls. The condiment selection is excellent, and the brightly lit, cozy interior enhances the dining experience, along with the welcoming staff.
