20 Mule Team Cafe - Feedback

What Jolene Laird doesn't like about 20 Mule Team Cafe:
Awful service! We waited a long time for our meal as the waitress seemed more interested in cleaning the floor and moving our chairs around. She acted snobbish and inconvenienced by our presence, not even bothering to wash her hands before serving our drinks. The cleanliness of the mop handle and bucket was also questionable.
