We were very positively surprised by the food at Vinøst, although we had to send one glass of white wine back, as we didn't much like it. We didn't have a lot to eat, but what we had was really good. We had two snacks olives and almonds, and both were delicious and in good amounts. Then we had carpaccio which was delicious and the cheese platter which contained huge amounts of excellent cheese. Lovely fresh butter-steed spikeshvar and insane good pea salad. High service of competent young people. All in all a great experience.
Excellent food, service, music, price, interior. It is a gem. Share the small dishes and taste on a gem of local ingredients.
Hmm nice place and nice concept, but it was still not a good experience. We didn't understand the concept and it seemed like they thought we were a little too stupid to bother explaining it properly, because it was quite simple as they said. After that, we wanted one of 2 tables that were available, but they were obviously a little too good for us, so we got the corner table (facing the road and windy), because, as he said, more than just 2 people could come and the 2 tables could hold 3. While we were waiting to order, a couple (2) came and immediately got the table we wanted!? (So we were reasonably dressed). If only it had been that, but no, the meat (beef sirloin) we got was very red/rotten, full of fat and chewy. We asked to have it fried a little more and it was not popular, because they didn't want to spoil the meat. What we got back was still red, greasy and chewy, so half of the already very small portion was discarded! We rushed to finish eating, pay and leave (there was no apology or regret). It was good practice, because not much was needed, so it could have been a wonderful experience for the place, the concept and surroundings are top notch.
This is a place you would like to return to. Great atmosphere, delicious food and perfectly matched wine. Great place.
Den bedste spiseoplevelse på Bornholm uden tvivl. En vinbar med mad i bistroformat. En simpel menu med deleretter, hvor man spiser 2-4 retter afhængigt af sulten. Men her var hver eneste ret sublim, især kyllingeleverpateen og onglet'en, og vi nød næsten hele menukortet med stor glæde. Det gør det endnu bedre, at økologi er et fokusområde. Gode vine, men desværre ikke så mange muligheder på glas. Venlig og imødekommende betjening, som er klar til at besvare enhver spørgsmål om mad og vine.
