We choosed this restaurant because the good recension at Tripadvisor. Its a Nice restaurant in the basement and I think its a bettet choice in the winter. The staff was correct and we had salmon and sirloin- OK dishes. The recommended a very good local redwine. 70 E so I think you can have the same experience for less money somewhere else. The only note my husband would make is regarding the rosti in the punta di petto di manzo wich would have been better if it was homemade, but for the rest.. Complimenti allo Chef!
We did not reserve a table but we could dine for one and a half hour which was fair. Tables were nice with cotton coverage. We felt a bit hurried by the waiter that stayed at our table while we tried to download a QR code with the menu. Staff were correct and friendly. They had only one type of white wine that you could order by the glass. The waiter said it was a chardonnay from the region (the bill spoke of a Sotocastello but this glass was an affront to Italian wine. No taste at all for 5.50. The starter with Aubergine looked very nice and the taste was good with different sorts of good tasting bread. The secundi were unfortunately not good. A carpaccio of trout was served on a hot plate? (frozen fish? and the vegetarian dish lacked taste and bite (the fried cavolo was weak and not crispy . Espresso and dolci were up to standards. Here our visit ended and we payed 77,90.

Excellent cuisine, friendly and professional staff. attention to details from location to service. innovative dishes with unusual combinations, but very good. delicious and not heavy dinner, I highly recommend it! the dishes are commented on themselves. Thank you.
