We had to wait for the starters for about 30 min and the main course more than an hour, in total about 1,5 h!! They where out of wine, vegetables etc but didn't inform. They blamed the chef, they blamed us as guests because we...had starters first. When we threatened to not pay, they treated us the desserts, but I didn't hear one word of excuse. Who would have thought it? in the midst of a small town in Sweden, some of the best vegan and meatburgers ever. homemade and cut to perfection. (no shortcuts with beyond burger here). also a large selection of craft beer and super friendly service. if they are here for skiing or another reason, broken dreams is a must.
