Cold brew formula need... read more I have been to 3 different country coffee locations and the cold brew is either not available or if it is available, the taste is so bad. Cold brew formula needs to be looked at. I don't add sugar to my coffees so I can't say if it is better to add anysyrups.

Unfortunately, the employee seemed more interested in conversing with the other customer than attending to me. When I asked for a simple cup of coffee, the response was rather unfriendly. I was also taken aback by the $4.00 charge for a basic black coffee. I think I'll stick to my regular coffee shop, where the staff is warm and friendly.
