When I want excellent fried food, I only go to Canonici. The same goes for pizza and pasta dishes. Everything is excellent. I celebrated my daughter's first communion there, and the guests are still talking about it. I highly recommend it.

The place has a modern-retró look. Food based on meat and fish, and then the pizza that deserves to be tasted for its lightness and the classic flavors of the dish in an original key. It certainly deserves, for the five stars something is missing, such as draft beer for example. But they are surmountable details.

Restaurant that has been closed for quite a few years sometimes opened sometimes closed, the wait was worth it; they have set up an excellent business with really excellent quality, nothing exceptional but I would gladly go back, in fact in a month I will have gone there at least 5 times as you can see from the photos. Perhaps what left me speechless the most is the pizza, very similar to the thin Roman one with equally thin crusts, crunchy enough but what is most often not found is the delicious tomato they use on the Margherita. Other dishes such as fish first courses such as fried squid and prawns are absolutely delicious and I advise you not to take it as an appetizer because it is really a nice large dish and a generous portion. Meat that was also excellent, perhaps excessive cooking since having said medium cooking it arrived well cooked, who knows if I had asked for it well cooked but after all that was also excellent. Portion of chips cut into orange slices and with potato peel which in my opinion is an added value, also very good. Continuing with the appetizers: the arancino bologna (as they call it) abundant too but in my opinion a little dry of sauce but also very good; plate of mixed cold cuts perhaps a little poor for the price it has and not too tasty salami.
