After a day trip to the north of Öland, we made a stop in Borgholm. Here we had a nice meal in the cozy restaurant of Matbaren! The restaurant is located in a park and looks like a greenhouse, which made the atmosphere super cool! I had passed on my allergy with my reservation and upon arrival the waitress went over everything with me. The staff was so top notch and friendly, as was the chef! The food was super delic... Good raw beef but I missed the egg yolk. Recommended dishes: Råbiff
The food delivers! The raw steak I ate easily ranks in the top 5 best I've eaten. tasted char, which was also a well-balanced dish with the flavors in the right place. Something that is important to me is the texture of dishes, which was present in the dishes I tasted. Very nice staff.
