Poor customer service at drive up. I had to repeat my order 3 times and her response was you want what it was just a latte and a pastry got to the pick up window and asked me again and then tells me they don't have the pastry.I asked who took my order and she said she doesn't know.I asked what was her name she said she just got in.I asked for the manager she said she was not in. This is my way to Starbucks and the workers are very friendly, especially Maria. They work hard and sweet.
I came to this Starbucks for another coffee because the previous one I got from the Lawrenceville location tasted like water. The person behind the register was very nice and gave me a new coffee on the house (plus an egg thing! . That was very nice to compromise for another place, and really brightened up my morning.
Awesome Service! Order 3 drinks: 1. Grande Ice Vanilla Latte with extra shot Expresso, breve 2. Grande Ice Black Tea 3. Grande Mango Dragonfruit Refresher Ordered 3 banana nut bread heated Everything was right!!!
I am not a person to leave reviews, especially not bad reviews. As a former Starbucks employee I am very disappointed. I am disappointed in the customer service and taste of my drinks. Sadly this has not been my only bad experience but one of MANY!! We all have bad days and I?ve given it so many chances only to be disappointed. I know what it feels like to be on the other side, how stressful it can be especially during busy times. I wouldn?t mind waiting as long as I know my drink will be worth it! Perhaps some re-training would be beneficial to the store and it?s employees.
