Some of the friendly staff and best pizza I had from a Domino. I live from a hotel when I'm in jersey for work and order pizza at least once a week. Great service, great pizza! Great job guys!
I must give these Dominos 5 stars after my last 2 experiences here are completely blown away from the service and quality of food. TLDR: This place is at a 2.8 star at the time of this review, and I really feel that they have got new employees and get WAY WAY better to their service and quality, and really deserve a chance. I used the Dominos app with Curbside Pickup. (I'm just 10min away and don't think about the drive and my experience with other Dominos Post-Covid, performing is your better option that I placed the order on the app and left my house. When I was in the car, the app of Prep moved to bake. In the time I went to the Dominos 10mins later, and I parked the car with my dangers, the app changed to finished and I could click on the I'm here button. In less than 2 minutes the pizzas I ordered came out of the door and just the best experience I had. This place is at a 2.8 star at the time of this review and I really feel that they have got new employees and get WAY WAY better in their service and quality, and really deserve a chance. 10/10 would order them a third time :
This place is a SCAM!!!!!!!!! I usually do not write reviews; but yesterday I decided to order pizza after working on 3/30/2019 at 11:26p. I followed my order on the pizza tracker; on the tracker it said the food estimate delivery time was 26 minutes to 45 minutes: an hour passed I decided to check the tracker and the tracker showed that the food is quality tested by managers of this place called Ebony. I thought you needed an hour to check the quality of chicken kohlara pasta and think you. that is not even the bread bowl type)? So I waited another 20 minutes and checked the tracker again and the tracker showed me that my food was DELIVERED; I never received a call from the delivery driver; my pizza online profile left guide for the driver to call my mobile number to file before knocking; so I called this place up a man first! I told him about my order that I did not receive that that is delivered; he saw my order and told me that my order HASN 'T BEEN DELIVERED YET; that they intentionally marked it as delivered so that they avoid negative online feedback! That my food was already on his way; I thought maybe you'd let me wait 20 minutes, because the driver was supposed to be on the way after the guy I had spoken. 20 minutes turned into 2 hours 45 minutes and still no food and no call nothing; think I was very hungry while all this happened and had work early the next day; I waited for three hours now for a meal that had never appeared; I call for a food that I was excited for the NIE; and I wanted a refund; it was very hostile, rude and unprofessional; and gave excuse to be short staff; I do not think that it is fair that I must be starved and punished because you are short-circuited; that not how every customer should be treated; no customer for a meal they have never received and then with that's very cruel and evil to cheat and lie to a customer and still load them for something you never delivered; I would never again this place to anyone to eat this experience I was exposed to is very cruel, dishonest and very illegal!!! to do it! That's the worst experience I've ever had. Order at Dominos! Ebony the manager is very ignorant, rude and very unprofessional!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COAL, not even a worst enemy!!
After an initial disappointing experience, our subsequent orders were much better. Once they addressed our issues, the service improved. In my original review, I mentioned that we waited for two hours, and after three phone calls, our order still hadn't arrived. The person who answered the phone was not apologetic and just kept asking if we wanted to cancel the order.
When my delivery finally arrived a half-hour late, the pizza was incorrect and looked like it might have been a canceled order that was reheated. However, the delivery driver was very friendly and had a great attitude. When I pointed out the issue, she called the shop, and I could hear that the same woman on the line was yelling at her, asking if I wanted a refund, and hurriedly telling her to come back to the store to address it later. I asked the delivery driver to check with the manager about possibly remaking the order and providing a discount for the mistake, but I ended up waiting a long time. Frustrated, I called the store myself and reached the same woman, who immediately yelled at me, asking why I was calling. When I asked her why she was yelling, she explained that her child had called her in for a shift and that they were short-staffed. I didn’t think that was a good reason to yell at me, and she simply said she wasn't interested in helping and hung up. To make matters worse, my order was still wrong, and I never received my money back on my credit card. This new management is awful; it seems they lie and cheat their customers while treating their employees poorly. It’s all incredibly unprofessional. All I wanted was a pizza for my wife and kids, but I feel completely let down by this experience. I certainly won't be returning to this restaurant.
