Yako - Bordeaux

We have been going there for years to (and above all) the shabu-shabu, to our knowledge the only place in Bordeaux that offers it. Simple, sober, digest, moisturizing and... friendly. Sometimes to vary, it is transformed into a nabemono by mixing pot-au-feu anyway. A hundred leagues from a teppanyaki show dinners, some dishes require the use of a shichirin also bringing its lot of fragrant crepitations and warmth. Japanese cuisine.

Everything was impeccable. Delicious, good atmosphere. The broth was succulent and fresh products. No fault. Bring your friends down, it’s friendly!

Nice waiters. The kitchen has not changed. It’s always nice to have a fondue. Probably one of the only ones in Bordeaux. We recommend it!
