Waiters and waitresses at the top: smiling and caring unlike their manager who should take an example or review the basics of hospitality. Very well prepared and generous dish/dessert
Starter menu, main course, dessert, with this quality/price ratio I don’t know many… 4 of us went there with my 2 children (the day before we had a Michelin star in Bordeaux where we ate correctly with a bill 3 times bigger... and there the quality/price/pleasure ratio was superior!!! Homemade chips! Homemade mayo! Quality meat! Dessert (I had a pear look at the photos as good as it is pretty! The view of the stone bridge is also super nice! The servers with a smile and attentive! I promise when we return to Bordeaux we will not fail to come back to your place. Thank you, keep it up! P.S: my children had a cocktail (non alcoholic which looked great too…
Beautiful view of the Gironde. Consistent value for money. A little vigilance though on the cleanliness of the toilets and maintenance, it is often the first glance of customers which determines the opinions.
Where to start... upon arrival, I feel that something is wrong with the manager (not smiling, complaining that his restaurant is full but we had reservations . The decor is nice, the view even more so, we sit comfortably in the armchairs at our table. For the meal, the servers have a little difficulty knowing what the dishes are made of. No children's menu (although at the next table the children have steak and fries but because it is a large group who have supposedly reserved in advance but we are allowed to exchange the crushed for fries so the children are happy. I'm a little disappointed because the perfect egg is no longer available (I learned at the end of the evening that there were still some left... And then the wait begins... 1h30...!!! To have the first dishes. In the meantime we ask to serve at least the 2 children as a priority but the head of the room only comes to apologize but nothing changes. We see the head chef arrive who comes to help with the service and who boosts the waiters to clear the neighboring tables... we ask her to at least serve the children and she replies that she does not have the information in the kitchen to chain the dishes together... The bartender comes to help clear up but he looks lost. The waitresses are very smiling and attentive but we quickly understand that they no longer want to work in these conditions. In summary, a good restaurant with a great view, dedicated servers, beautiful and tasty dishes but a chef who doesn't know how to steer his boat... (although he's not very young so one might believe that he has experience

A great spot to start your morning. I always order online and pick up since it gets busy quick. We went here several times on our vacation and my husband was in love with it. We tried their açaí bowl, surfer girl sandwich, breakfast burrito, and otheritems. They were all tasty! We also tried their coffees. I enjoyed all of it!
Great food and tasty drinks! The Belgian waffle was crunchy and fresh. The burrito was savory and filling too. All the food is delicious! Order around back, and here is seating around the side and front. Arrive early this place is popular!
Extremely delicious for breakfast!! Everything we ordered was fresh and nicely prepared. I recommend the Tropical Waffles. So delicious!!! The place itself is beautiful and there is a small shop next to it with cute little souvenirs.
Great coffee, food, and service. We went pretty early every day we went here (between 6 and 7 so the wait wasn't so bad. Regardless, highly recommend Java Kai... their mochas are so good you can't go wrong with any of their breakfast items :
Great spot for awesome coffee (or non coffee) drinks in the morning or afternoon. A decent breakfast selection for both light or a little more substantial food. Mac nut latte was perfection (not too sweet, perfect slight smooth nutty flavor) and the Thaiiced coffee was similarly delicious (smooth, not overly sweet.. perfect). So far the lemon ricotta pancakes and grilled ham andegg have been our favorite breakfast items. Everyone was super pleasant. We got there just after opening and it got a bit busyaround 6:30am but not overly where I would say don't go, they are pretty quick with the drinks. It's worth it. We will for surebe coming back.

Service was so bad 14/6/2019. We had plan to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We came and get servant to follow us to table. We waited over 20 minutes and any servant didn 't came to ask what we want to drink or especially what we want to eat. We left there and about 1 minute before I was getting enough waiting some one was saying I 'm coming . I had bad feeling that place. We had had bad service other places too in Bordeaux. I know many nice french people before, so I just thinking some tourists make their opinion about french People through this cases. It 's sad. I hope you could look at mirror and travel for example to Donostia where restaurants work withouth good english knowledge. I know well i don 't get good Service as english as french, but I couldn 't understand it could be this bad. I hope you will develope your Customer Service. If the prices are quite high(almost like in Finland) , Service must be good too.
Amazing few with good.drinks and lovely ambiance sitting abov the gorgeous river in bordeaux.
We made a reservation for terrace seating. I advised on phone we were with 2 very young children and would like to sit in a shaded area. When we arrived the only table they could give us was in direct sun and a bar table with high chairs completely unsuitable for young children. So we sat indoors which was a shame as it was a beautiful day and the real advantage of the place is it's terrace. If the food was good it may have been more enjoyable but the brunch was average, if that. Similar to a reasonable hotel buffet. We won't be going back there very quickly
The dish with seafood (2 kinds of escargot, shrimps and salmon) is really good and really big! Would recommend as a starter for 2 people!
Came for a fixed price Sunday brunch €29). View is great but the food was poor. DIY coffee machine, ibis quality mini pastries, eggs Benedict served on bread as hard as a doorstop, and chicken cooked like rubber with no seasoning and cold. I’m a tourist to the city but I’d imagine there are much nicer places to go for brunch.

As mentioned, lovely view on terrace on a balmy night in Bordeaux. Food ok and quite pleasant service. Worth crossing the river for and an unexpected upside-happy hour up til 8 pm so a nice drink was had by the river downstairs. Overall good fun, DJ was nearly starting as we left at 10.45
We had diner on the terrace upper floor, nice view from sunset, service was good, ceasar salade was horrible (and expensive), salade parts where clearly ready made salade, no taste, no sauce, at the level of a cheap buffet hotel... my son took foie gras as entrée, very average (we had better one buying at supermarket), Tartare was correct. Good view is not the only thing.... food is important too
I have been here a number of times and each time thought it would be the last time. The two most recent times has been for work purposes and although there has been a change of staff it still remains bang average and over pretentious. Bordeaux is full of lovely restaurants and this is not one. The view from the terrasse is lovely and the idea is after dinner it turns into a bit of a party venue. But each time I have been here the atmosphere has been average and after a mediocre meal and a few smart replies from the waiter, none of us have wanted to stay beyond ! It’s such a shame, the place has great potential... It needs to be taken over by someone from the Business who knows the definition of hospitality... right now it is destined to a slow death.
Had a couple glasses of really nice red wines on the heated terrace on a chilly April evening and enjoyed the view immensely! For the view and the quality of wine, the prices were quite fair 5-8 euros per glass and some bottle options which looks fair as well.
We were late eating and saw this place on the Bastide side of the river after using the Bat3 shuttle boat. Only wanted a quick bite to eat. Saw tapas on menu which were perfect for our needs. Very quick service good range of beers. We had five tapas which were all tasty and good value. Good terrace overlooking river. Understand that there is a more formal restaurant with a panoramic terrace with same name but cannot comment on this.

The dish with seafood (2 types of escargot, shrimp and salmon) is really good and really big! Would recommend as a starter for 2 people!
Buffet style brunch with great view of the river. they will cost oysters, smoked salmon and big quiche. beautiful selection of cakes
We had a brunch. Top quality food, 3 oysters included in the price (but optional) beautiful view (we were on the roof terrace) on the water, friendly service, etc. Everything was there for a wonderful experience.
Caribbean style chicken was nice but make sure to tell them how you like your steak, the waiter didn't ask and default seems to be VERY rare, thin black charred crust (1mm) and raw meat throughout. Waiter never came to check on us the whole meal or after. We just went to pay at the desk and left.

Very nice place with stunning views of Bordeaux. However disappointed because the establishment is not very clean and extremely long service.
I've been there a year ago and it was great. This time, even if the dishes are really excellent, the service in the room was not good: it was necessary to claim several times the covers, the bread, the drinks... and sometimes end up eating without getting it. It's ruining.
A do, the terrace overlooking the left bank is super pleasant, very beautiful decoration and very beautiful map, the staff would deserve to be a little more adventurous.

Super panoramic restaurant located on the right bank with view of the garonne. very good reception from the servers. the chosen menu (fat liver cream and egg, candy net and virgin carrot purée) was a real treat! I strongly recommend because even prices are reasonable.
Sunday noon brunch, salted buffet much less garnished than a parade. hot drinks made at the dispenser, juice in bottle. in sum the overall quality to be significantly reduced. during the reservation the day before at 6pm, we are confirmed the presence of a child host in a suitable room, finally neither animator nor adapted room, yet the room was filled with tables with children.
Ratio quality price very average. I think we can do better for the same budget. Note that the view is very nice.
Beautiful view, beautiful scenery, very good reception a dj is there to put the atmosphere in the background music is not strong during the hour of the meal no worry). a little waiting to take a drink when there are people but very good cocktail and well presented. and to finish the staff is very pleasant and professional!!
