On arrival, I disappoint: m... read more The concept is attractive: a bowl of various foods with a wide variety of vegetables cooked at 11,90 € so ideal for good conscience. On arrival, I disappoint: many products are no longer available (black, beef, ... so I take what is there. The creamy polenta is not: I have very unpleasant agglomerated balls at the tasting. In hot vegetables, I have the choice between grilled potatoes, sweet potatoes, piperade, cumin carrots, onion corn (the first two are, according to me, feculents and the last one a cereal but there is the idea. We then go to the cold vegetables: cooked cabbage (very good , cucumber pickles (well successful also , lawyer for an extra charge of 1€. Sauce to choose: cheese something, tzatzíki, spinach sauce .., I take the houmous (error: not good, those sold in barquette in Carrefour are better and finally choice of proteins: steam salmon, chicken whites spent in the oven or falafel. I take the last option: 4 balls or less. The bowl is hearty but between what is good (cold vegetables and what is not: polenta, houmous, falafel, I am mixed without talking about hygienic practices that are to be revisited. He who is in the kitchen scratches his head (well hairy and recovers to take care of dishes without handwashing, without gloves. Those who have gloves handle everything with: including regulations. Results: there is material (parts on the CB machine and when you turn around, it is true that the hygiene of the local doesn't make you want. Well, I tested because my colleagues were talking about it and it's safe that in delivery mode, we're probably less looking at what doesn't make me want to go back.
