It seemed odd eating Japanese food in Bordeaux but it was a hot night and so sounded good. It really was very good food! There were interesting flavors and textures without being too avant garde . One reason we went was the air conditioning, if it warm, don't believe it, it was tepid at best. And the other problem was getting the bill.
