Feedback
I found a sharp metal object in the pasta. I showed it the waitress and the chef who has broken. I went to pay for the appetizer I had eaten, so I could go, but the cook said, "It's okay." a few minutes later, the cook. shown in my hotel on the street, and I have to pay for what I would eat. not only did he follow me, which was terrible and creepy, he gave no excuse over the metal object and acted as if I had tried to skip on the bill. unsanitarian restaurant and terrible management!
We arrived in bordeaux on the late Tuesday afternoon after ostern. we asked the recipe for Italian restaurant recommendations her 1st choice was absolutely jammed, so we went to her second recommendation le veneto (which she had warned against, she was not. there were in a few years.) apart from two other couples was le venetian empty, this would have been a warning sign. while our appetizer (Caprese salad) was very good, my wife was entree, pasta pomodoro, ok, and my escape, calf parmesan, was less than ok. my sense was that it was a sitting around, not particularly appetizing and puzzling in view of the few diners in the restaurant. and while our waiter was very friendly, his engagement was limited. Overall, I would say that this restaurant suffers from neglect. because bordeaux is a foodie goal, there are better possibilities.
