Le Marais By Sou - Bordeaux

Very nice atmosphere, menu for all tastes. A generous piece of beef with a delicious dauphinois. Very good wine choice. A very good address for a good dinner in the center of Bordeaux.

An elegant and comfortable setting, very intimate but a little too dark. The toilets are royal. A simple, efficient and perfectly mastered kitchen by a smiling and discreet chef who provides customers with his team. The cooking is perfect, the quality of the products is superior and there are no unnecessary cracks. We taste and love. We enjoyed this very young restaurant of the new square in the palace. On the other hand, 3 small observations to deserve the 5th star during my next visit: the boss and his team in front of the restaurant, he makes a little too dazzling from the beach to attract the barge... It's not Bordeaux at all... and little worries about making cocktails to settle... a spritz and a dry martini is simply not sorious. And finally the service is dympa and smiling, but not yet to ask questions about preparations. It's just a few observations that don't question the beauty of the place and the talent of the leader.

Beautiful discovery this restaurant, beautiful decoration and very comfortable. The artichoke in the entrance is delicious. The lean back was very fresh, pleasant cuisine, accompanied by well cooked vegetables. Very nice address for a dinner with friends.

Fine and refined cuisine, discreet and top service, great tips, excellent cocktails home!!! Come on!

Great place where you eat very well and the atmosphere is great. The staff is very attentive.
