We had white asparagus baked with pork fat and parmesan crumb oeuf meurettes poached eggs on toast with foie gras, beetroot and more veal kidneys in a very rich, cream mustard sauce sea bream on steamed vegetables pavlova 3 glasses Bordeaux blanc For €91 for 2 people. The food was v good, with many elements to each dish. Writing this, I could just eat it all again! I'd definitely go again.

The cocktails were go... read more This was recommended to us and started very week with excellent service welcoming us to what I can only describe as a charming restaurant. The cocktails were good and the eggs starter was superb. However we ordered the boucher (beef) end whilst we made the best of matters it was frankly terrible although the French fries were excellent. It is aid in this situation you should bring it to the attention of the restaurant to get something done about it. Sorry I don’t agree with that. You must check for yourself regularly that what the menu is saying you are getting!!

Plenty of choice and our meal, fish for my wife, veal chop for me, was well cooked and very tasty. The wine list is comprehensive and not expensive. Something for all pockets. Very enjoyable, will visit again.

Staff took it away and attempted to re-heat it but fa... read more Colleagues ordered cote de bouef which was very good, however my callinoni which I ordered was stone cold. Staff took it away and attempted to re-heat it but failed and returned is as a burnt cinder. However, the staff offered to replace it with a fresh one which arrived promptly. My question is why did it not arrive correctly in the first place and why did they attempt to Re-heat it?
