My hubby treated me for my bday and we have had an experience to be remembered for a long time. By far, Cent33 can be considered as one of the best restaurants in Bordeaux! To start, the service is TOP NOTCH! If you have tried different restaurants in France, you have surely noticed that usually service is just terrible. Well, let me tell you, in this cozy restaurant we have been treated like ROYALTY. Thank you! The service staff is just wonderful!! Secondly, the food is more than DELICIOUS! Everything is sooo tasty, meats are juicy, textures rock, every dish has an interesting flavor… we looooved it! And presentation for each dish the cherry on top. I recommend to have the menu de degustation, it’s so worth it! Portions are really well served and believe me, you will be very full by the end of the degustation. Special mention to the octopus and the fois gras! But everything is ultra delicious. Thank you chef and the team for this wonderful experience ! Hope we can come back soon!
