While it is not gastronomic, you can always find a good selection of dishes in each of its restaurants. since the outbreak of covid, many restaurants struggle have restricted menus post covid curfews despite all, after a full day visit in l’aquitania we had a good culinary experience. will definitely go there again hopefully to stay there on our next visit in bordeaux, where there is only so much to do!

We ate here 3 nights while staying at the hotel. Then tonight I ordered the rump steak. It was totally inedible and the chef’s response (through the service staff) was “it’s rump steak, it’s always tough”. Umm, then why offer it? I’m not a chef and I can cook a tender rump steak. I could barely cut the steak with a steak knife. It makes no sense. Do the French eat tough steak? My husband ate the rump last night and it was fine different chef? Or different batch of steak? The other dishes were good just don’t order the rump. There were only 5 offerings and only 1 steak option.
