To begin with, the price of brunch is overrated compared to what is served. I ordered the classic savory pancake with Hollandaise sauce, but found the sauce lacking in flavor and also insufficiently salty. The training leaves something to be desired. The ambiance is pleasant and air-conditioned, and the service was quick, but on the other hand, I felt a lack of enthusiasm regarding the information provided about the card.

We had to drive 1.5 hours... read more Disappointed not to be able to have anything other than brunch at 28th apparently due to a lack of staff and therefore a limited menu. We had to drive 1.5 hours to get to your house and the bill was over 100th....It's clear that 1 drink and a pancake brings in less than a brunch at 28th for 4 people.....that's not a very honest method... but on the other hand the staff who were there, nothing to say. Adorable, professional and smiling. Well done to them and to the chef.

The pa... read more Having discovered and enjoyed The Snack last year, I decided to bring my little sister there. The server was pleasant, as was the atmosphere in the room. The pancakes are really fluffy and accompanied by good products. The toppings offered are more or less original; I recommend the Provencal pancake (goat cheese, candied tomatoes, chorizo)!
