Served in 6 batches, unique tastes and flavors. Having been to Japan several times, I found for the first time in France the same typical dishes and above all the same know-how. We also had prawn tempuras to die for, 3 pieces of perfectly made sushi as well as squid with excellent Japanese mayonnaise! The waiters and waitresses are very pleasant, calm and polite. The chef comes in person to explain the entire menu in detail. Plum umeshu, very good! Quiet restaurant, very clean and uncluttered!
