Instead of taking a bus or tram into the old town for dinner, our hotel host suggested we try this place as it was close by. We had a decently prepared meal within walking distance. If you are staying in this area, give them a try.

We had arrived... read more I had pre booked this restaurant close to the station after reading good reviews from others who were also staying in our hotel near the station. We had arrived late afternoon and wanted somewhere nearby. It did not disappoint. It is on a noisy corner but this made it more interesting on our first evening in Bordeaux. The set menu was reasonably priced and had good choices. We were two couples and two of us had steak and chips for main and the others had the duck . It was all delicious. The service was friendly, welcoming and efficient.
