Generally friendly but moderately listened to the client for some (requested to return a thigh of rosy duck to have it well cooked because I have a food restriction currently pregnancy the waitress has dryly retorted me that the chef would not agree because it is different from his recipe. By explaining my situation to her, she finally took my plate by showing that it bothered her, and this one was visibly put to the micro wave... Disappointing for that...
