Balthazar - Borås

This restaurant offers amazing food and excellent service. It is the best restaurant in Borås. I had two starters and one main dish, all of which were spectacular. The risotto di mare is a must-try, and the banana split is a special and delicious way to end the meal.

The restaurant had amazing food and wine, and despite being full, they seated us in the VIP room. The service was friendly, and the kids enjoyed their steak burgers.

The staff was attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. The view was beautiful. The burrata was slightly creamier than expected, but overall it was enjoyable to eat.

Really nice atmosphere, really good food! The waiter was really kind and informative. Ordered myself the oxfilé medium and the evening's chocolate which was chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and berrys on top.
