Their Vegan Tuna Salad is particularly delightful and perfect for crafting Vegan Tuna Sandwiches. I often stop by their booth at the Tuesday market to stock up on their offerings for the week. On Tuesdays, they always have incredible coconut cookies, apple cake, and the most delicious roasted maize bread with tamarin sauce. For my birthday, they even made me a fantastic gluten-free, vegan Naked Vanilla Cake which was incredibly tasty. Highly recommend this place!

My favorite di... read more I absolutely adore the meals at this restaurant. The food is very nutritious and is clearly prepared with a lot of care and love from the owners. My favorite dish is their Vegan Tuna Salad, which is incredibly tasty and perfect for making Vegan Tuna Sandwiches. I make it a point to visit their stand at the Tuesday Market to pick up some of their delicious food for the week. Every Tuesday, they offer a variety of treats such as coconut cookies, apple pie, and the most delicious fried cornbread with tamarind sauce. They even went above and beyond by creating a gluten-free, vegan Naked Vanilla Cake for my birthday, which was absolutely delightful and one of the best cakes I've ever had.
