Ranchers Chicken Pizza

Took an an hour to deliver at 2:30pm after the lunch peak , to find they had got the order incorrect. Food was adequate, chips were flavourful Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Fries

Food took almost 2 hours to arrive despite a couple of phone calls to them. Their excuse, only 1 driver on. Why take more orders when you can't get it out in a reasonable time. When food arrived it was lukewarm and chicken overcooked and dry. As for the spicy beef loaded fries, the spicy beef was dry and black. Won't be ordering from there again Meal type: Dinner

The pizza was undercooked they gave me the wrong toppings on it, they have no proper sauces, terrible inedible chips and the sitting area was dirty. Service: Take out Price per person: £1–10

Bad experience. Rude staff... will not be ordering from here again! Ordered from here multiple times and multiple times there have been things missing from the order. A few times the order has been late and we 've had to ring to find out where it is, each time we have been told, The driver is just leaving now but it has been witnessed that when they have answered the phone to somebody they told them that the driver has just walked out of the door, nobody had walked in or out of the shop in that time so they lied to the customer who was on the phone... tonight they hung up on someone when they were asking for help after an online order wasn 't accepted but the money had been taken, they said they were closed and that the person would have to cancel the order, but there wasn 't an option available to cancel at the time, when trying to explain this, the restaurant put the phone down instead of trying to help with the issue. Not even giving one star for the service or atmosphere.
