A must stop on our family trip to Boothbay every year. When we stay for a week each year I’ll typically go 3-4 times that week. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast pizza is something I dream about when I’m not there. The weekend donuts are great. Amazing salads sandwiches. A great atmosphere and you can also pick up some cool gifts! What The Car Walkarounder doesn't like about East Boothbay General Store:
Coffee is good, however a $4 price jump from a hot coffee to an iced coffee is absurd. Nor are there prices listed for the pizza or the sandwiches, so prepare to be surprised once you are rung up. Prices are quite high for the area. View all feedback.
I love this store my family has a summer home in Maine and it is a tradition to walk there on Saturday to get donuts very good hot lattes very nice workers and the floor is very clean and there is a nice place to sit down overall I love this place so much.
A must stop for us whenever we are in the area. From savory to sweet, they do it all and extremely well. Counter service is always outstanding. Breakfast this time for us with the breakfast pizza, croissant egg with sausage, and cold brew iced coffee. Make this a must stop when you are in the Boothbay area.
A great source for gourmet sandwiches, breakfast pizza, morning coffee. Stop in for a quick pick-up. Liz also does fantastic catering.
More of a cafe boutique than a general store. Prepared meals, fresh bread, freezer of ice cream tubs, and East Boothbay merch (clothing, souvenirs). Friendly staff. We also attended a party with tasty food catered by EBGS (including salads, rice and maple-glazed tofu, and beautiful delicious cupcakes).
Good variety of items in a small-ish space. The food is good. It's located on a blind curve in the road so beware while parking
