While standing in line, we heard a bunch of people order sausage croissants, so we got one too. It's huge, flaky and delicious. We also got the #24, vermicelli soup with shrimp. The broth was awesome. The shrimp, perfectly cooked. I ate everything. A handful of fresh cilantro would have sent it into the stratosphere. This place is like a bakery breakfast vietnamese shop. What grashopp k doesn't like about Baker's Way:

Big apple fritter. I picked up an applesitter to bring our whale watch trip that my wife and I shared. It was enormous, but a little too heavy compared to the best we had.
Good Food, Great Price!. The food is fantastic! Whenever I think of somewhere to go out to eat in Boothbay, I always think of the Bakery! Not only are their baked goods done fresh daily and super yummy but the rest of the items on their lunch/dinner menu are to die for as well! My favourites are the Dumplings, Pho, Spring Rolls, and Beef Lo Mein!
Great Vietnamese. Dumplings, Pho, Egg rolls, even Pad Thai everything we tried was great. Prices very reasonable and a lunch counter atmosphere.
I had an apple fritter and chocolate dounut they were pretty good highly recommended.
A pleasant surprise! The interior was a little messy, but the vegetarian dishes we got to go were fresh and flavorful. The donuts were also amazing. I’m really glad we stopped in.
